Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.

* Wait time rate: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 25 miles from our office locations that require over 30 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour for passenger transportation or a wait time rate of $40.00 per hour for wheelchair transportation, billed in 15-minute increments, applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office locations, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile for each mile over 15 applies.
‍*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 25 miles from our office locations, a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile applies.
